I went to a dance lesson, and I was setup to dance with two girls who were sisters as my partners. I only knew them both on a surface level, but I found myself dancing four or five dances during the regular dance together with one of the two. She would break off for a dance, and then we would end up together for four or five dances. She ended up telling me where she is going to college, and we started having a more personal conversation later in the evening. Was she wanting me to ask her out?

Not necessarily. She was just being social. Some people talk. Some are scared away from social conversation because of pushy guys who think its all about them. Just be nice and if you want to ask her out to see if she will be interested try asking her out to something like lunch. or a show or even an amusement park. If she says no then that's that. Maybe she just wanted to dance.

I wouldn't say she wanted you to ask her out...YET. But by the small talk she is trying to have with you, she is trying to get to know you better and then maybe develop into a relationship. I would keep talking to her as friends, and get to know each other a little better, then I would try and ask her out then. I don't know if I am of any help but that's just my opinion.

Yes. If she keeps ending up with you and than is having more and more personal conversations, the obviously likes your company. So yes. She was probably wanting you to ask her out.
