I downloaded a ISO file. I know how to extract it and even to burn to disk. I just want to install it without burning it, and while it knows I am in Windows..so.. not Virtual PC.

an ISO file is an image of a CD, you must use a program to burn to CD that understands the format. Look for an option in your software to create a CD from an image.
