you will have to first set up a 360 page....then you can go to your q&a page click edit profile click on share photo and then follow the prompts.

You will have to load the picture to a web site, from your PC. You can then add a link from the web page to the detail section of your question. You cannot add the pic directly from your PC or actually have the pic there...just a link.

Post the pic on a photo site like Yahoo or Flickr.
Copy the link and paste it in your answer.

sign up its free...
then log in and up load your picture.... then get the code..... E Z and fast
