Try some Paul Mitchell Skinny Serum. its for hair but it makes it so soft that i bet it would work well on yur goatee.oh and it smells good too !

Leave the hair a little longer, and try using hair conditioner on it while you're in the shower.

try deep conditioner like youd use for your hair and leave it on for 5 or 10 min

put Hair conditioner on it
or mash bananas and add olive oil and apply to your goatee

Use some grease like african/american use, hair grease. Or put some conditioner on it when you shower.

my husband uses shampoo on his facial hair and his is soft. he either used ice efx or american crew.
