Don't worry, it will go away. My teeth used to feel the exact same way! After using them on and off for as long as they've been out, I now buy the Crest White Strips Premium Plus package, and instead of leaving them on for only a half an hour, I leave them on for 45 minutes to almost an hour now. I do this because it makes my teeth extremely white, and I don't get sensitive to breathing anymore. Don't worry, it will be gone by tomorrow, and over time the sensitivity will go away for good. Please don't get a bad feeling about the strips just because of a silly goof up. It really is a great and ground breaking product for a great price! Good luck.

Is the water a mineral source? If so, you should check with a water testing laboratory to see what the concentration is.
If it is city water, then the concentration by law cannot exceed 1ppm, which is the recommended amount by dental professionals. If it is city water, you really don't need to be concerned, but you could check with your local water utility just to be sure.
A concentration over 1ppm could result in fluorosis, but it would have to be many time more. This is more of a cosmetic problem than any threat to your health. It will result in mottling or spotting on your teeth, but they will be very resistant to decay.
If your concentration is very high, you should switch to bottled water and check with a dental professional before continuing use.

I would only drink the finest filtered waters. Avoid this fluorine as it will cause a lot of damage to your system. The toothpaste is OK if you don't swallow it, Use a toothpaste that does not wear the enamel off your teeth. Check with your dentist on this
