video editing?

does anyone know of a cheap video editing program that will allow me to cut out bits of video content thats not required, such as credits in music videos.cheers.

I use cyberlink power director. It can be had for between 40-60 bucks.

Windows or Mac?

For the Mac, iMovie is fast and cheap and easy.
For Windows, Windows Movie Maker perhaps
