It is normal that you feel overwhelmed after having a child and running the house hold. It happened to my ex wife . She had it bad. The doctor told her to relax and take things easy. Have your husband help out more. Go out and spoil yourself, slow down. Re charge your batteries so to speak. You may want to speak to a doctor and he may give you happy pills. Either way take it slow and relax

When you were diagnosed were you given any type of medication? If the answer is yes, then maybe it is the wrong medication for you, it is causing hallucinations, tell your Doctor and get off of it.
It you are not currently taking any medications then perhaps you should be on some sort of calming medication. Not too calming though as you have a baby to care for.
Please ask your Doctor A.S.A.P.
Good Luck

Sounds like you might sill be suffering from post partum, although your kid is 2 yrs old now.
I can tell that you are pretty freaked out about this incident, but you must get help. Are you currently on any meds?
If you are then you might be on the wrong kind...have the doc reevaluate your meds.
And Relax take it easy..take a vacation...sometime that is all we moms need every once in awhile..
