Many people with multiple sclerosis find that marijuana helps ease their pain. You can go on this site http://remedyfind.com to read what various people who use it have to say about it. I have never used it myself.

You will be hard-pressed to find any empirical data, as there are studies only in their beginning stages on THC's effects on MS, and even then only overseas, not in the US. Their findings are favorable, as with all accounts of people who use marijuana to relieve their symptoms. If you haven't read Montel's book, you should. It was a real eye-opener for me. He uses liquid distilled (edible) marijuana on his food at night and it stops about 70% of his night tremors and leg pain, where no other pain medication could (and you know he has the resources to buy any medication out there, both stateside and overseas). Smoked or eaten, it appears that it works.

(knocking on wood) I'm not at the point yet where I need to use it, but if it comes down to it, I will.
