Carbohydrates will put weight on, but be sure to eat more complex (whole grains, fiber containing vegetables, etc.) than simple (cakes, sweets, white breads, etc.). Carohydrates are low in fat but high in energy and the high-fiber ones help your digestive process. Just add a few portions of bread or beans or granola, things like that to your regular regimen. Be sure to stay active, so the extra calories don't get stored as extra fat. That's about all I can suggest. I am a carb-hog and they've probably been my greatest obstacle to losing weight, so I'd say they are pretty good at putting it on.

You may gain Fat by doing this but it is better to gain weight through good nutrition and supplementation. you pick to devour wisely. You truly must have a balanced weightloss plan, or you'll probability countless health issues. once you imagine about gaining weight, do not only settle on to devour nonstop fatty ingredients, or consistently dine at a short nutrition position. My advice is, ask your physician because he, or she will be in a position of grant you advice depending on the way you're, and that are ideal on your body mass, and that would guard the health of your organs, etc. etc. :)

Eat a few table spoons of sour cream each day and chase it down with beer. The combination results in quick weight loss. I know a woman who tried this and she gained the wanted weight.

Exercising regularly, eating balanced diet when feeling hungry and avoiding overeating, bad habits and sleeping early is the best way to gain weight and health.
Only weight is not health, you should have stamina and resistive power.
