Is this an Error or does it say; "File Missing"?
I looked @ www.dll-files.com and they not have the file. There others to check though, just do a search for "dll file downloads".
If, you have the Nero CD you may just Browse it for the file. When you find the file it goes into either of three places.
Windows/System file, Windows/system32 and Windows/system32/dllcache. You can put a copy in all three places just to make sure. OR, put into one and see if it work, then Delete from there and put in the other until you find which is the correct place for it to go. Putting it in all three just easier and not hurt.
I may browse for the file if you not have on a CD at least you know where to download from.

If you have the cd try reinstalling the program... make you sure to remove nero first before reinstalling it again..
