No way! Neither homeade or fast food are healthy for you, no matter what you put on it. They are both high in cholesterol, and high in fat. Beef is not good for you. Chicken, venison (deer) and turkey are the healthiest meats for you.

Hmmm!

Fast food burgers are full of fat- they are mostly fried in fattening oils and add high calorie mayo and sauces to them...and who gets a burger from a fast food place without fries? Then you add tons more calories to your meal.

We eat hamburgers a lot at my house- grilled, broiled, or in a frying pan- but cooked with a spray of olive oil instead of lots of cooking oil. We also use lean ground beef- 93/7 type doens't have a lot of extra fats involved. If you want to go extra lean- mix half lean beef with half ground turkey- tastes great and still lower in calories. Use fresh veggies and light sauces like mustard.

Instead of heavy buns, try wrapping them up in a low fat sandwich wrap- they make yummy flavors like spinach and sun dried tomato. Also, you can wrap them up in a big leaf of lettuce which is just as good.

Enjoy your burgers! =)

Burger King is way less fatty than McDonald's regardless of the undeniable fact that it remains very risky. look into the greasy, spotty epidermis and blubber that time-honored quickly-nutrition eaters carry around (to not point out the gentle grease smell on their outfits). the beef is fatty, the chips are too salty and, using fact they are small "fries" they take in lots greater fat than ideal chips. eating cola is inherently risky. whether you have the sugar-unfastened sort it extremely is nevertheless a cocktail of corrosive chemical components. it is not merely the risky components. it extremely is what's lacking too. The meals generally are lacking in numerous significant supplements. ingesting a BK as quickly as a month won't harm you in case you consume nicely the the remainder of the time. they are additionally very costly for what they are. evaluate the cost with making your person burgers or procuring a food market one and microwaving it.

It isn't healthy to eat just one things all the time, no matter what it is. Variety is the key.

But for burgers, lean meat, whole wheat bun, low fat cheese, isn't too bad. Just not everyday.

It depends on what type of meat is used.....if you are using very lean hamburger or turkey meat, ect it wouldnt be so bad....fast food joints use extremely fattening meat!

homemade, you know how you handled it, cooked it and what's prepared with it.

Fast food, who touched it, is it really hamburger, pork or who-knows-what, all that grease cooked with it, and was it frozen, fresh, or how long has it been sitting there waiting to get food poison!
