well i am native speaker and i can say that u will have at least some problems like to pronounce some verbs e.g. vzdrognut` and it`s not the worst one,then of course spelling becuase we have some latters that u dont have in English and three of them are used just to soften or harden the consonant,then stress because we dont have it as fixed I still pronounce some words in a wrong way and i have to use special dictionaries to correct myself,then grammar....well i hope i help you.
