ok i have started growin love handles, *yes in a pot* no, but im worried they're get bigger, any help to get rid of em,
dnt suggest runnin, ive already added it into my new exercise plan so any other ideas would help, ill hunt u down if ya say runnin!

Try dancing and incorporating more moves which involve you using your middle torso and hip movements. Try bellydancing, hiphop or raggae dancing....any dance. You have to realize that you cannot spot-reduce. Meaning, if you've got the love handles, you have to work on getting rid of overall weight. Also, one thing that's perfect for getting rid of those handles is a hula hoop. If you don't have one, I highly recommend you purchase one because they work wonders for reducing the love handles (I'm speaking from experience). Good luck!

When at the gym there is a machine esp made for muscles on the hips. It is the abduction/adduction machine. The only way to get ride of "love handles" is the strengthen the muscles under the skin and fat. Sad but true. It is however, my fave machine as it helps immensely w/ stretching. I used to be over 250 pounds the best thing that wored for me was crunches, tae-bo and pilates. the videos I bought were easy to follow along.

yoga ...... serously yes yoga its fantastic 4 that and u can fit it in 2 ur daily routine.....

Do side bends................about 10 reps on each side and do 10 set.
