like would going to walk to the park be good? or walking to school in the morning? i'm recovering bulimic and i know i'm starting to understand to eat normal but i still want to not get fat. thanks.

Walking is good. If you have a YMCA or YWCA near by swimming is the best exercise. It is aerobic exercise as well as strengthening.
