Since yesterday, I have had the following:
Upset Stomach
Headache
Chills, Goosebumps
Coughing and Fever

This could be a variety of illnesses.
From the Flu to Strep Throat. Both are things that are going around right now.
Chills and Goosebumps and Headache are probably associated with the Fever. Drink plenty of water to cool your body down.
Your body is trying to fight of some kind of infection.
The coughing and upset stomach is also common in Strep.
A simple Swab of the Throat will confirm Strep.
If you get diarrea and or vomiting in addition to these symptoms you might have food poisoning..Go see a doc..

Sounds like the flu.
Drink lots of clear liquids, take tylenol to help bring fever down, sleep, sleep, sleep.

Sounds like the flu to me...
Get as much rest as you possibly can and go see a doctor. I ignored my cold and it became a monster. I've been sick now for 6 weeks , have bronchitis, and have needed two sets of antibiotics.

You have the flu. Drink lots of liquids, take a pain med for the headache and stay home so you don't give the flu to someone else.

U KNOW WE GET SICK SOMETIMES WE GET PARANOID ABOUT SOMETHING THAT IS ABNORMAL AND MORE FREQUENT, BUT JUST GO TO A DOCTOR.. GOOD LUCK
