advice on when to take Paxil CR?

Anyone have advice on whether it makes a difference if
I take Paxil in the Morning, noon, or at night?

First, if your Dr. can give you an alternative for Paxil than go for it.
This medication caused a lot of problems even deaths (in U.K.), few years ago. I was taking Paxil long time ago before I knew about bad side effects. It took me forever to get off it, it creates dependency big time.
But if you really have to take it than take it in the morning first, and if it makes you drowsy then take it at night. I tried to take it at night and I couldn't sleep at all, so I switched to morning.
It would be the best to research about Paxil on the Internet and talk to your Dr. then you should decide.
One more thing, my friend said that she gained a lot of weight while on P. so she switched to something else.

My doctor told me to take it in the morning. Can cause you sleeplessness otherwise. Interesting answer above.....I get sick to my stomach about an hour after taking it!
