Must be the Harvey Wallbanger. The added Galliano to the Screwdriver must have been the clincher for him to smash into those walls on the way out of the bar...

Harvey Wallbanger.......1 oz. vodka, 1/2 oz. galliano and orange juice. Pour vodka into highball glass with orange juice. Float galliano on top. Garnish with a slice of orange. The story goes that a California surfer named "Tom Harvey" who frequented Pancho's Bar on Manhattan Beach decided he wanted a change from his normal screwdriver. The bartender added a little galliano and after drinking several of these concoctions, Harvey was seen bumping into furniture and off the wall. 'The Wallbanger' became his nickname, and passed on to his drink. If gold tequila is used instead of galliano, the drink then becomes a Freddy Fudpucker.
