Anything i get when i am hungry.
My mother was giving me fresh meals thrice a day 25 years ago was the best diet.
I know you are interested in pretty details. But remember diet is of less importance, knowledge is more important.
Good hunger is first requirement. Avoid eating anything, even tea, if hunger is not there.
Sprouts provide all natural vitamins and proteins, eat them when you feel good hunger, otherwise you can't digest.
Always eat fresh food and avoid fatty, spicy or stimulating food. Keep 31/2 hrs. min. gap betn. breakfast and lunch; 51/2 hrs. gap betn. lunch and dinner.
Exercise daily, don't eat unless you exercise.

eating three times a day a regular meal,what ever i wanted, but just as much as i putted on the plate. no adding. example:
b: a croissant with chocolate
l: regular, a bowl of pasta with sauce or something like that (around 600-700 cal)
d: a sandwich, two pieces of bred with nutella, 3 pancakes...

i lost 3,5 kilos in 7 days, that means 0.5 kg a day

im a girl, 173 cm... 54kgs
