I have a habit of falling for older men. Not elderly, more like middle aged. You can have intelligent conversation with them! I'ven ever actually dated one but from what I can tell, they are often more respectful towards women. I don't think age should matter, not if you're truly in love and you're not doing anything illegal.

One factor may be the money.... another may be the experience he has in bed. Hence he might be able to satisfy her more. Hahaa...
Also, older men are not as childish nor immature as younger men. They know how to treat a girl properly, something which many many young men lack knowledge of.
You may also consider the fact that many girls prefer a quality relationship; so even if the old man has a shorter life ahead, they are more satisfactory companions as compared to young, imbecilic men. =)

Not all girls look for elderly men. On the contrary, most girls DO NOT look for older men. Those that do, is looking for security. Some for security financially, and some for security with protection (a father image).

Are you serious?!?!? I'm 16 and I would never ever ever in my life go looking for elderly men!! I hate when older men try to hit on young girls or vice versa, it's absolutely disgusting!!! You must not associate yourself with quality young women...My friends would never do that...

Because most girls out there couldn't survive without a vagina and they know it. They are willing to trade a roll in the hay for a nice inheritance. It is essentially prostitution. Add to that the fact that men are easily manipulated by a pretty face and the girls find a target rich environment.

the girls who do want a guy thats mature and doesnt act silly all the time and want to feel as if theyre loved and treated as such. and they think that the guys closer to theyre age are immature and need to grow up, when really they dont know what theyre going through because of course, guys do mature slower than girls, but in the long run we forget that it'll be worth the wait

Truth be known, it is unusual for a teenager to be physically attracted to a much older man. That appears, from a rather substantial body of scientific knowledge, to be as nature intended it. In actual experience, the only two teenagers to hit on me after I turned 40 did so after being told (by someone other than myself) that I am financially well-to-do. Unfortunately for them, I'm also possessed of a bit of common sense, and simply laughed at the two of them.
So don't believe the rumors - young girls are rarely interested in us old farts!

Some because of the money and some because elderly guys or more mature, i think maybe because they don't want as much sex as younger guys
