An algorithm is just a procedure that is followed to solve a mathematical or computing problem. It's named after a mathematician who lived in Baghdad around 800 AD ... Who used an algorithm will probably never be known for sure. Probably someone way back in the time of the Greeks or earlier.

he was Mousa Al Kharazmi he was an Iranian or Arabic mathematician. when his work entered to latin countries Al Kharazmi converted to Algorithm.
