She has messed me about so much, cheating, lying then pretending she likes me etc. I want to get sweet revenge and deeply hurt her. She in very insecure and she definately deserves it. Please help I want to do it in a way which is not were she thinks what a horribly guy but where she thinks I wish I hadn't made him like that.

Listen the way your talking, you sound like a person in a state of mental illness, you don't sound rational, you need to seek help or get a grip on yourself BE REASONABLE............have you dated this girl, you didn't say she was your girlfriend?
firstly, you seem like you want to possess women...that is WRONG
secondly, you cannot force someone to like you...you're going to have to come to terms with that, because all human beings are the same men/women..think of s.o you don't like and imagine if they forced themselves on you...you had other plans in life
thirdly, pick on s.o. your own size, if she is insecure it is NOT your god given right to abuse it...what comes around goes around, it'll come back to you...so stop trying to act like GOD
....there are plenty more women out there, move on, get a life and get over it
hope you find love but you never will if you maliciously go out to hurt people you never will find it, take this advice
sending you a wish that you find it in your heart to be kind and unselfish, and that you find love and wont abuse it

If she's insecure about herself I would simply write a text to a more attractive friend of hers. In this text say you have always had feelings for the friend and only went out, and put up with your ex because you hoped to get closer to her. Tell her how you hope might care enough for you to be friends despite your break up with your ex as she means so much to you.
Then send this text to your ex "accidentally" in this what your not the bad guy because you aren't hitting on her friend just hoping to continue a friendship with her. This was also deepen your ex insecurity's about herself, and hurt her that you never cared as deeply for her as she though.
You may also want to text her parents with the news of her actions that's always good too. but a little below the belt.

Simply wanting revenge on her is actually giving her power over you. Don't waste your energy on her. Move on. Find someone that will actually respect you and care about you. You don't need revenge. Karma can be a b$#@h sometimes. She'll get hers eventually and you won't even have to do anything.

I'm sorry that she hurt you so much that u feel the need to hurt her that badly.. revenge won't solve anything although it may help you feel better at the time the ultimate outcome will be two hurt individuals. Best to just move on.

Dear i understand what you`ve gone through and i know that it`s not easy but taking revenge is not the cure for this situation....
In the past days, i`ve had hard times too...i loved someone, deeply, sincerely, trying to understand him and doing everything to please him but he was not sincere with me, i was hurt deeply but i forgave him even though in the inside my heart was aching...
If you take revenge there might be a sort of satisfaction in your heart but i`m sure your heartache will not vanish instead forgive her, i agree that it`s not easy...
Don`t do anything...,one thing i`m sure of is that those who play with other`s feelings in the future they come across difficult times and they regret bitterly what they did to the ones who were sincere with them....
Along with forgiveness,I`m certain that you`ll meet someone special who will respond to your love who will proud to have someone who doesnot seeks revenge and is humble and forgives
That special someone who will come into your life will care for you, love you sincerely from deep within her soul...

Taking revenge is a bitter medicine. Pray for her. That is the best thing you can do for her. Jesus Christ said pray for your enemies. It is easy to pray for friends. By doing this your hurt feelings will evaporate and inner healing will take place.
