Im an Atheist and I think that people by nature just want to be rich and successfull. I mean I don't need to believe in god to have a fullfilling moral filled life.

The reason why people put all this things before God is because they have realized that GOD is the source of all those things. He made / created all these things. The people who do this are wise.

The Bible tells us that the love of money is the root of all evil. That means that whenever we sin, the love of money is the root of that sin whether we think it has anything to do with money or not.

They are like there first loves. We need to find the meaning of our 1st love. God needs to be before our family, ourselves, others, money, & everything. We need to get rid of our idols and start really focasing on the Lord. We all need to find the proper focus, I say that to myself first, for I am struggling w/ it just like everyone else. But I am on the journey, for a closer walk, with thee.

BECAUSE OF THEIR EGO'S AND FAITH IN THEMSELVES. THEY SATISFY SELF THEN THEY GO TO GOD. IF THEY WENT TO GOD FIRST, THEN HE WOULD SUPPLY ALL THEIR NEEDS. THEY WANT THE WORLD, AND NOT THE TRUTH.
