Force your self to eat a little, it'll help your body to heal.Try some chicken rice soup, by eating your giving your body energy when it needs it the most. For your sore throat gargle a bit of listerene, if you can't use full strength then do like I do when my throat is sore dilute with water until your able to tolerate the strength. this will kill the bacteria in your throat & help the healing process faster,t works. Don't use flavoured mouth washes.

First of all, you need plenty of fluids - try drinking some orange juice. The Vitamin C will help out with the sickness. Try eating some chicken noodle soup, or something light on your stomach like some crackers- anything too heavy might end up coming right back up. I hope you start feeling better soon.

First go see a doctor. Chicken soup is great. If I have a cold and fever, I down a nice shot (Or three) of good Kentucky Bourbon and bundle up and "sweat it out". By morning I feel great every time.
