She is dating and you are dating. There is no rule to be exclusive. If you had the opportunity to try out 2 girls you would be on that, why shouldn't she have the same? She actually sounds like a nice girl, she didn't lie to you and just say she was busy, and she isn't leading you on. If you are looking to marry and have a commitment after the first date that is going to be an issue for you. Let it go, get her some flowers and try to see her on the 15th (they will cost less too), tell her you hope she had a good time but you wish you had asked first. Be honest, and be yourself and let her pick the man that is right for her.

y does everyone need to be so serious?
you went out on one date, and now u want her to be faith full to only you
honestly, she could date 5 guys and it would be completely up to her.
she wants to play the field, and test out, till she finds the one that makes her happy.
women really are not so hard to figure out.
all it takes is some time and patience
let her do her thing, and maybe ask her out again after v-day.
why do guys have to think that they are competing against each other?
you only have to compete against u. that's who she is with when she is with you , you.....
don't try to out do the other guy, just be yourself, and if that's not what she wants, then, wasn't meant to be

if i really liked someone and he asked me out for valentines i would jump at the chance, my point is that if she genuinly liked you alot then she wouldnt even have to think about going out with you. but on the other hand i dont know this girl she mite like both of you but you need to tell her that your not gonna wait around 4eva, just tell her you really like her and would love to go out with her if she feels the same as u she will say yes good luck

The thing about cometing with another guy is, that when you are in that situation, you are so focused on winning, and not focused on if she is what you really want or not.
Think about if you really want her around, and if you are reallygood for each other. If you are, then go after her. If she keeps seeing other people, jump ship without having too much invested.

I say find a girl you are friends with who is single and start dating her. Just watch what your girlfriend's reaction is. If she gets protective than she might just really like you. If not, get out of it. She doesn't care so why should you.

If she won't be faithful don't stick with her.
She's saying she's not sure because she's not sure, but don't devote yourself to a relationship she's only half-engaged in.

If you really want this girl, just stop chasing and see what happens. If she does nothing, it wasn't meant to be.

i agree, i think she is dating you both to see who she likes better.
HOWEVER, if she were REALLY into either of you she wouldn't have to think about it, so although she may choose one of you after a while, but i don't think either of you are EXACTLY what she wants... sorry.
