Yes as long as nothing bad has been added to it like sugar etc. As you are taking nothing away from the fruit it has the same nutirional value as a whole piece of fruit, however the nutrients will now be easier to absorb.
Fruit juice bought in shop though do not have the same nutritional values.

The juice has al the nutrients when it is blended. But after the cells have been opened by the blending deterioration begins and. oxidation occurs. Make it just before serving it and use it right away.

It does if you drink it soon after you make it. Lots of vitamins are destroyed by heating, so blending will retain those; but Vit C begins to degrade after you cut the fruit. So you'll lose some if you wait too long.

If you do it at home, you really should consume all of it within a few hours. The nutrients break down.

If you buy it, sometimes the companies add nutrients to compensate for the loss that happens with time.
