I tried looking for the "Run" command under the start button, and it is no longer there.

Vista has it, it's just hidden by default. Here's how to get it back (it's one of the first things I did):

1. Right click the Start button
2. Left Click Properties
3. Click Customize button beside the Start Menu selection
4. Scroll down and check the checkbox on Run Command
5. Click OK and OK

goto start.......then where it says...start search, just below All Programs,, type in run,,, it will bring up the run command in your start window, click it,,, and there you go,, the run command or windows logo-r

They do have it. You might have just accidentally removed it or something. You'll have to find the .exe of that somewhere in C:\Windows\...
