it is in the hands of government and each and every citizens.
government has to provide proper trafic systems with monitoring, controls. Any deviation has to be taken for task like how singapore other countries operate.
similarly citizens to follow those things religiously.

There are lot of factors that are causes for accidents.
1. Irregular Driving.
2. Proper Training or Understanding.
3. Not so good procedure for getting a license.
4. Un commited Police.
5. Un commited People.
6. Lack of infrasturcture.
7. Young Driving.
8. Bad Roads.
9. Drink and drive.
10. No Social Awareness.
11. Lack of Education
And all the above would mostly attribute to Human Irresponsibility.
So we should take the social responsibility and make sure that each one of us would follow and make the rest follow the same.

We can take our measures like to see the signals are there are not and also traffic officer also there have to see that driver drive straight or not. He is following a Government Rules are not because it is very important every citizen have to follow signal board how it is giving because most people are drive how he want he cant see that the person is coming in front and he just do accident and not stay also. It is really same on us because one person is getting deading & he was running & our indian citizens are looking like statues. thats why i say that traffic police is must there and also people can see that the vehicle is coming or what and see then walk. Dont walk like you are a blend because blend also see & then walk. So, i just request when you walk you just take care on Right side, Left side, Back side, Straight side. O.K.

First of all ,drivers must be alert while driving.distractions such as cellphone conversation during driving should be avoided.Traffic police should also take steps to divert traffic in order to prevent traffic congestion.two wheeler drivers must be strictly advised to wear a helmet.Last but not the least,the Transport corporations must widen roads and highways in order to accomodate more traffic

more speed-breakers,signals should be installed.drinking should be strictly banned while driving...in fact completely banned.mirrors of the car should be proper.systems should be installed which warns the driver if s/he gets the car too close to any object.
