Ulcers are serious things because of possibilities of complications. It needs a good gastoenterologist so that he will take care of your tummy. He may prescribe antacids to neutralize the acidity. So it won't hurt often, eat frequent small meals and avoid ulcer-inducing foods such those sour and spicy that will increase the production of hydrochloric acid which causes the severe ulceration in the mucosa lining the gastric and intestinal wall. Avoid stress because this is also a major factor. Live a worry-free life.

be aware of ur gastric acid if not properly take care w'd lead to ulcer which is a stomach cancer.4 the time being u must take only soft food, milk, soya bean, quacker oat etc,try to drink more water n eat something, don't let ur stomach empty, instead of three meals a day, u eat more meals 4-5 times but eat less.if u still can't stop it n feel better,u r advised to consult a DR asap.

Some foods can help reduce the acidity in the stomach by neutralizing (reducing) some of the acidity. Foods higher on the pH scale will tend to do this.Eg milk, eggs, corn, oysters etc.
Celery, cucumber and cabbage juice are excellent to reduce acidity.

See a doctor. The reasons could be several.

Eat less per meal.

Observe your diet, cut down on foods or combinations of foods you suspect as being particularly upsetting. If you isolate some things that do upset you, avoid them.
