No, you MUST have your W2 in order to file. The EIN is on the W2.

There is a common myth running around that you can file based on your final pay stub for the year. This is NOT true!

Some of the tax prep mills have been advertising that you can get a refund anticipation loan with just your final pay stub. They charge insanely high fees for that service. However, they do NOT transmit the return to the IRS until you provide your W2. The IRS is VERY specific about this on their website!
