I have the sound bar on the top. I guess its more of the sound pods instead of one continuous bar. What size speakers are in the bar and in the front dash?

Well, if you do like some others do (myself included), and you find that your top is often off during summer time downpours, I wouldn't put too much money into them. If you want nice speakers, I'd suggest keeping them in the sound bar where, unless you get rain commin from the ground, will stay reasonably dry. Also, staying away from speakers with paper cones will be a good idea. If you've got a box to mount them in, don't use the spring loaded clips. Drill holes to run your wire into it and connect them to the speaker inside the box. Then seal the holes with silicone. If it's vented, keep the vent down. Basically, use common sense to protect them and dont spend any more than you'd be able to live with if/when they get ruined. Also, due to the fact that wranglers are loud to begin with, and soft tops have lots of wind noise, I wouldn't worry too much about achieving an extremely great sound.
