NEVER SKIP MEALS! 3meals a day and keep your choice of foods in moderation.

Did you ever see a diagram of a food piramid?...It's everything you should eat each day and, in perspective, how much of it you should eat each day to stay healthy.

The less you eat the slower your metabolism gets and the longer it will take to loose weight. It could also damage your health and eventually, the diet will fail and you will put the weight back on. Just eat healthy, regularly and exercise twice or three times a week. No diet in the world will help you loose the weight and KEEP it off....It's a lifestyle change you need, make healthy eating and exercise a new way of life for YOU.

You need protein and a little fat to keep the protein going longer for breakfast. Juicing would be a good afternoon snack with a hand full of almonds or a small serving of low fat cheese. Skipping meals slows down your metabolism, your body stores fat when no food comes in because it thinks it's starving. Grilled chicken on a bed of romain or other lettuce sounds good. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day.

If you eat too little your body will go into "starvation mode" and horde ALL the calories you take in. Eating is part of maintaining a healthy metabolism. You might want to talk to a nutritionist. It's really not as expensive as you might think. And, no, I'M not a nutritionist -- but I see one for diet maintenance.
