Christianity - " Religion of the book" "Religion of sacrifice which leads to salvation"

Judaism - Based on a book, civil laws , teaches its adherents- live safely in unsafe world. Laws of behavior , diet , restrictions . Rituals that bring strength of family and kin. " Religion of learning salvation through Civitas "

Islam - If one submits to Allah, one recieves salvation .
" Submission to God (Allah the very name means) A Religion of salvation through absolute submission "

Witchcraft - The great trust of the craft is that it encourages spiritual development in all people in anyway they intuitively feel is right for them. On its social side the Craft teaches connection with nature and the idea that one should progress theough harming no one . This then leads to use a very simple definition.
" A religion that encourages it's members to progress in their own way and in their own time to greater spiritual understanding. A religion of salvation through wisdom and exploration. "

It is right to explore all aspects of every religion, take what you need to make you a better person.

God says not to worship anything created. The world is created. Love and trust in God above all things and put aside the wiccan beliefs. You can still be a good steward of the earth like God told Adam and Eve. But don't worship the world, worship God in everything you say and do.
Wiccans are more open to other religions than God is.
We need to follow Gods instructions.

Your question is kind of like asking why do dogs not act like cats or why don't boys act like girls. If ever there were a religion that is the opposite of Christianity, it would be Wicca. Most Christians believe in the black and white view that there is only one "right" way to believe, so all other ways are "wrong". Wiccans believe in shades of gray, so they see that all ways of belief could be right from a certain point of view.

Most Christians are pagans in a sense. Look at history, like Christmas , Halloween, and Easter. Most Christians do not even know that their beloved holidays had, in fact , came from the druids, or that the hooven toed devil was in fact, the Greek deity Pan. Christians these days are very ,and I hate to say this, stupid about the history of their religion.Yes, you can be wiccan and Christian, because most Christians are and do not even know it.

Wiccans are not judgmental about other religions. Christians think they're the only correct religion - especially the fundamentalists who take the Bible literally. They have tunnel vision, need the crowd control and go along with whatever their preacher says until he gets busted for soliciting a prostitute or whatever other perverted trouble he gets into.

They scare me. That's why Wiccans just have to keep the faith to themselves to avoid being constantly pounded on by Christians.

The only Christian preacher I have any respect for is Billy Graham. At least he walks the walk.

Just depends on what exactly your talking about?

Irene: that is not true, a lot of Christians are aware of their pagan roots in Christianity, and a lot of Christians come from pagan ancestors, who were the ones that changed those old customs to suit their new religion.....we are not all from Jewish roots ya know.

Well it dont matter much what I say, but its what Jesus said. Even God ran out all the witches in the Old Test. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin. Are you saved because of what Jesus done on the cross?

I don't know which values you're talking about since there are many. I think the earth-friendliness is the only one that can safely mix with christians. If that's it, I wouldn't call myself wiccian. It tends to make christians foam at the mouth. Just call yourself earth-conscience, earth-friendly, ect.

Belief in God doesn't make you a Christian, it makes you a deist.

Belief in any power other than God's power is wrong, and should not be tolerated.
