Medicinal properties of honey are known. Lime is a good source of vitamin C. There is no harm in taking one spoon of fresh honey mixed with the juice of half a lemon in a glass of lukewarm water first thing in the morning. It is very effective for constipation, hyperacidity and obesity. Honey also provides energy.

My favorite drink in the morning is excatly the same, but with the addition of 1 teaspoon cider vinegar. Not sure what the health properties are, but it sure beats a cup of tea!! I love it!

Well, I know honey is good for you... I do not know what this combo would do for you, maybe just something refreshing to start your day? Maybe the lime's citrus smell provides energy?
