Probably not. Try it and see what happenes.
It is true that all communications are monitored and the powers that be can hear your telephone calls, and see what send over the internet (even posting stuff on Yahoo Answers), but they would need a reason to monitor you to spend the man hours having someone do that.
What is more likely to happen is that your call will be logged and a mark made next to your number and if your conversations continue to use key words you might get looked at more closely.
Send 2 e-mails to yourself, first one with they key words above, and perhaps Bush and Blair in it, then send a second one just saying hello and see which gets to your inbox first.
A 999 call by the way is for emergencies only - a burglary isnt really unless the burgler is still in the house. Try calling the police to report a dead body in the kitchen for a faster response, though they might not be too happy with you afterwards.

More likely that you have to say - "I am a muslim terrorist and I have a bomb" - but that is still unlikely.
You'll have better sucess if you dial 911 instead of 999.
It is more likely that they will be around my house for typing that line than yours :)

yes they have people whose only job is to monitor phone calls and check for trigger words-how they seperate true terrorists from spoof is beyond me-apparently they monitor EVERY mobile phone call made in UK.Can you imagine listening to 2 teenage girls talking about Jade and Shilpa for 3 hours just in case they're planning to blow up the House of Commons.... poor bastards.Mind you if the pay was good...

thats so true! you have to wait nearly a week if you are robbed, but mention a few little words and they will be jumping all over your back faster than you can say 'i have a bomb in my bag'
