OMG !!! my freind went through the smae thing ... i'll tell you what i told him
1) does she knoew you love her
2) if she flirts with you she lieks you
3)and if she doesn't love you the best thing you can do is apreciate your freindship ( im just saying that the actuall best thing you can do is make her jealous by being with another girl trust me i do it with guys to other guys it works : )

Not neccessary. You want to show a bit of class? When dropping her off after the date, walk her to the door and kiss her hand, let her make the next move.

You could tell her, that I have to kiss you to knock out any nervousness about that first kiss. Once it is done, we can move on..
Can't make a girl love you.. Just let her fall for a bit.. Plus it helps if you have a motorcycle.

As a woman, I can tell you, that I do not kiss on the first date. If you want to make her your girlfriend, get to know her heart and soul FIRST. Then, you can move on to kisses.

got you av got it bad. if you really love this girl then just go up to her when she is alone tell her you really like her and was wondering if she would like to go out with you some time, if she say's yes then she must like you. my advice on the kissing part, if the date is going really well when you say goodbuy give her a long kiss on the cheek then look her in the eye and say you really enjoyed yourself and things will natuarlly go from there. i would love to know how old you are?
