Most of the time, but I also have allergies that cause headaches, and I'm diabetic so when my sugar is up a little high, I sometimes get a headache from that. Also when I'm very tired.

Your diet contributes largely to headaches aswell as stress and long periods of intense concentration. If you cannot avoid the stress, avoid coffee, tea, high sugar foods and confectionary, and dairy produce (especially cheese) if possible. A healthy diet also help your body to cope with stress better. ask your doctor for advice.
