I'm awful when it comes to this sort of thing. I really like this girl and have been getting to know her for awhile. I thought maybe she had some interest in me, but I dont know for sure. What should I say?

ask her if she wants to see a film with u or grab a coffee or something simple to start with and see how it goes.

Jus do it, if you have he suspision she is into you... go for it! the worst thing you can do is delay it. she probably is into you and is waiting impatiently! if not, so what? there are plenty otha fish in the sea...
Just say: So how would you like to catch dinner/a movie/ a drink sometime this week?

uh, start with hi, and then slowly start talking about interests and other things to get her full attention, then move in and ask her out on a date

well you could start by saying "if your not doing anything later i was planning on going to see a movie and i did not want to go alone would you like to go with me" as friends and then take it from there and see wat happens
