how to promote communal harmony?

the first thing I would think would be to promote respect between folks. 99% of the issues we face can be traced back to a basic lack of respect for others either in ideas, social status, and general attitudes.

In here? Not going to happen. Those of us who want peace are outnumbered by those who want to blast, mock and degrade others.
