Im in highschool and I usually try to avoid the cafateria food because its mainly unhealthy, so I normaly just bring my own lunch. Most of the time I have a PB&J sandwhich, some 100 calorie chips and carrots, but I would like to know a few healthy lunch ideas that I can bring to school with me. Any ideas?

Make some fruit salad yourself.
Some watermelon, honeydew melon, apple, pineapple, grapes white and red, raisens etc.... cut into grape sized pieces and put in some tupperware. eat for lunch... you will be suprised just how filling that can be.

Make a salad with lettuce, cucumber, carrots, cherry tomatoes, hand and cheese put in tupperware. Put your favorite salad dressing into a small tupperware, lay in with salad.
