I'm a really petite person,, and so are my ankles and legs ectera,, but my thighs TO MYSELF do NOT seem to have porportan to the rest??

Nnnnnnooooooo!!!! No squatting or running up and down stairs!!!!
You are a slim woman!! It sounds like you have built up thigh muscles. The other suggestions will only build them up more. You need an exercise that will create LEAN muscle not bulky ones!
Try swimming. And you may need to improve the blood circulation in your legs. Mort effective is using a wooden brush...brush the skin on your thighs in circular clockwise motions applying more pressure on the upward stroke, towards your heart. Also, jumping into a cold shower after swimming or after using a steam room or sauna really helps your overall blood circulation.

Take the stairs instead of an elevator. If you don't have an elevator and you take the stairs anyway, go up and down three or four times just for the sake of it.
Also, squatting in a way where you pause in a half-squat and stay there until you can feel your muscles in the things helps. Do that a few times in the morning or evening, and you'll find your thighs thinning.
