I have been offered both to study at university and am interested in both. Can anyone tell me any advantages or dissadvantages either of them have? What are theyre employement prospects and salarys like?

the both are good for many reason, if you want win a lot money the dental therapy is very good but if you want to be you re our boss you have to study pharmacy

Dental hygiene is an associates degree and pharmacy is a doctorate; you really see them offered at the same institution. I know the employment outlook for pharmacy is good. The average pay is over 100k in the Chicago area, and there is a shortage.

hygiene is better...since u will work in a dental office...treat patients...it depends on the ur personality..pharmacy.u will learn about many drugs untill u *** bored and u will stand in a pharmacy in the end but there is no patient interaction....

i would defonatly take the dental option because i find it a lot more interesting

and i really want to be a dentist
