Whiteout the extension of the quota system into the South African
Police Services, what do people out there worldwide and in South
Africa think of Policemen and Women, being selected on the basis
of race, payed off so that they can be constituted and employed
on a quota system, does this not harm minorities, who work as
Policemen and women in South Africa, what do Policemen and
Women worldwide including South Africa think of this new policy...

Is this not a direct hit on multinationalism in South Africa, which
promised a non-racist policy, this is the platform the government,
and the elected officials came in on, now they are doing something
else, what do you think, I would like Politicians, Policemen and
Women as well as the public to answer this, has a quota system
based on race worked for other Police Services worldwide...........

What do you as the public out there think of this, given that the
SAPS, need to employ rather than deploy............................

They should choose solely on merit and on nothing else, that is not only in Government but in the public sector as well, why is it when a white person talks or does something against a black then it is racicism, but the government and other black officials can say that there must be a 90 - 10 percent to the blacks in our police force then it is not classified as racisicm, but apartheid was supposed to have been ruled out years ago, but the tables have just turned on the whites now. Apartheid is to be seen in the workplace, immaterial to the fact that a lot of white people get turned down just because of color, so I say if that black person has a better qualification than the white person give him the job, but if the white has more qualifications then the position should be his, and so the same goes for the police force in SA. Don't get rid of the people in the force they have the neccesary experience already, sure add new people but why not let those new people learn from the one's already there.
Look our Government is run by Ex- jailbirds, do they really want the police force to be run by the same then the crime in the land is really going to soar

no policy that selects on anything except qualifications is worthy of being used in any way.....and it will not be worth working under because selecting will carry on over into promotions....you will wind up working for someone who is an idiot because he is the right color........
