Don't take anything that "makes you a little jittery". You are taking the equivalent of speed. You are also opening yourself up to the possibility of heart damage. Nothing looks sexier than the scar from your open heart surgery.
Extra reps and lose some extra flab? Looks like you have the exercise routine down pat. You should probably examine your diet to make sure that you are eating a well-balanced diet. Your body needs proper nutrition to function at higher rates (especially women). Get plenty of calcium - weight bearing exercises build stronger bones, but if you are not getting enough calcium, this won't happen. Drink plenty of water - it helps remove the lactic acid from your muscle tissue following a workout.
You may want to see a trainer or a nutritionist - your gym might have one.

There are no special pills out there that help with either weight loss or firming skin. If you have lost weight and have the extra flab around you have to exercise to build muscle. You cannot only run or exercise you have to strength train as well. With out the strenght training you will not tone which is what you need to firm up. Start out using light weights and move up slowly. To tone you want to do more reps at a lower weight to bulk up you use heavier weights less reps.

Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. Even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.
http://www.reviewplace.com/cat-135-DietsWeightLoss--Top-10-Weight-Loss-Programs.html
Many of the programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think of the different products.
Hope this helps!

hi there are three great products you can get that will burn only fat and improve your skin tone, you will lose a few pounds but not too many. try total control, herbal concentrate or cell u loss. you can get them from myhealthabc.com, you can actually get some free samples of the total control before you try. The stuff is awesome and the guys who run the business are excellent and comitted to helping you without pressuring you. I have been using them for a few months and they work so well when you are working out a couple of times a week and dont have time to excercise every day.

Unfortunately, muscles do not own the fat cells that surround them. Fat cells all over the body release fat in response to the demand of physical activity for use by whatever muscles are active. No exercise can remove the fat from any one particular area. If your stomach area is the concern, then adding some variety to your aerobic exercise might help because abdominal fat readily releases its stores during this type of activity.
As for a supplement.... Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a saturated fat that studies have found can reduce abdominal fat in four weeks. In fact, my nutritionist said that this the safest alternative out there because it is not a supplement - it truly is a dietary fat that can help you gain muscle and burn body fat. Do some checking online, but you can find CLA at most vitamin stores.

You could try Farenheit for Women. You can find it at any GNC or Health World. It's designed for the woman that already works out and she just wants to get rid of that little extra flab that doesn't come off in her work outs. It's great. Makes you alittle jittery after the 1 couple of times you take it so, don't drink any caffine with the pills.
Hope this helps.
