depends where you live but for males about £20-£30 and females £30-£45. check with your local vets. if you don't have the money if you are on benifits then you can gt vouchers to help you from your local RSPCA or CPL. hope this helps

It is nicer to neuter, it saves money in the long term in vet bills because they don't get into fights over females, stray etc.. I am on benefits and in N. Ireland at least I can get cats Male and Female done for £5 each and they were in the vets for only a couple of hours and they came home and slept a lot. It is about £20 normally. If you are not on benefits it makes sense to find a friend who is to take them to the vets naturally.

My vet charges $100. The Humane Society charges around $120. Call around to animal hospitals and vets for the lowest prices and your local Better Business Bureau to see if the vet you choose is reputable. Also the Animal Protective Association does neutering and spaying. Try them too. David N

The Vet goes by weight. The younger your cat is the cheaper it is to get them fixed.
Males are always less expensave, they do not require major surgery. Where as females require a hysterectomy.
Call around to all of the Vets in your area and ask for prices.
Sometimes the humain socity will give you a coupon for a discount at a local Vet.
Hope this helps.

Hi there again Colin...worlwide prices for spay/neuter will vary based on where you reside and who performs the procedure. Veterinary hospitals prices are the highest whereas animal shelters will perform free to a low fee for spay/neuter. If you are a USA resident you can locate a participating free/low spay/neuter clinic from the following website: http://www.petsandanimals.org/spayneuter_services.html or http://spayusa.org

there is no one price. Different vets in different parts of the country will charge different amounts. Where I live it ranges from £18 -£45 for a male cat.

Hi if you contact your local Cats protection league you may beable to get it done for slightly less than your local vet charges. At your vets I think the price would be around £40 per cat.

No standard costs but queens always cost more to neuter than toms. Ask at your vets but please get them done; its much kinder for the cats.
