When I crave foods, I think to myself ''no, i cannot get fat.''

Everyone says I'm skinny, but thats cos I deny myself a lot of food. I'm good at getting rid of chocolate cravings

Try to eat little and often.

Stick to fresh food with low energy density, such as fruit, vegetables, and some fish.

By eating every 2 or 3 hours you prevent yourself from getting too hungry, whilst boosting your metabolism at the same time.

And definitely avoid the junk food.

See most of the food we crave is also liked by crocroaches and definetly they would have tasted a part of it before you are consuming it so beware and be careful to see the smell of each before consuming it. Mind you crocroaches come from drainage places with lots of s*it covered on their body.

Also, try diving into something that will cause you to forget your cravings...ie, learn a new language. I went on the 'learn a new language' diet and lost 15 kg in one year. My picture you see here is from BEFORE...

A little sweet isn't such a bad thing. just dont over do it. You can't keep knocking yourself over a piece of cake.Eat it and then go for a walk. Research has shown that walking helps burns calories.
