men dont show their feelings like we females do! it takes them time to pluck up the courage! and maybe conversation never allowed him to talk about it before!

Because he is only just getting over the actual pain of it now. Men will generally only say they are sorry when it no longer means as much to them emotionally. They're brought up stunted by the rules of society.

Perhaps he hadn't thought about it in the between-time. Perhaps he hadn't realised how much he now cares about you. Maybe he thinks you would make a good couple now, and is making a move.

Either way, appreciate the fact that he does like you enough now to want to undo his past bad behaviour, and enjoy your friendship as it is.

Could be a million things, coz guys are difficult to understand. Its probably his pride that kept him from saying sorry... he didn't wanna seem like it was him who was wrong all this time... or perhaps he just finally appreciates you for who you are... Chin up- better late than never, hey?

i had someone after 4 years send me an email telling me sorry ,,
guys in nature think that they should be strong and never look down , and for them saying sorry is like crying so they too pround to do it regrdless if they should or not , so its actually good thing that he toke it out of his cheast i am sure it was hard of him to do that , and if he acted like he does not remember then dont remind him

A guy's pride is a strange thing. I think why he let it all out then was because he couldn't keep it in any longer. That's only a guess though. :/

Good Luck,

Maybe he has met some girls that couldn't hold a torch to you.

Maybe he has been looking for you in other girls and can't find it..

Guys are funny like that, but atleast you got your apology..

men aren't like women ....women express their feelings very easily....but for men it takes a while.....that is why maybe he took 9 months to say sorry....because men and women aren't alike....
