Wunderschöne Makroaufnahme, tolle Farben!

This is definitely German. It depends on the context a bit, but I think "Makroaufnahme" means a magnified photograph, or a picture made with a magnifying lens. So the whole text means "Wonderful magnified picture ("macro-picture"), fantastic colours!".
Note that "Aufnahme" can mean a photograph, but it can also mean a sound recording. But in context with colours, it's probably a picture!

it's like saying "great Macro close-up (macro photos), wonderful colors!" sounds like a spot on tv. sorry for my english, I tried to do my best. I hope you understand what I explained.
