The bible is a story book written for the simply mind to understand, the truth IS within the bible, but first you have to sort out all the man made stuff that has been written in to control others

Actually God did not create man first, (Genesis1:20,21) God created, living souls in the water then the flying Creaturesand Sea monsters and every living soulthat moves about, every winged flying creatureaccording to it's kind, but although it does not specifically mention the dinasours there they are included in among theevery living soul that moves about, he created animals, that is where dinaosaurs are included in there among the other animals created according to its kinds. But you already answered your own question the beast and every living thing, after all that then he created man and Woman.

God doesnt really created man first, it was after He finished creating All life forms to make the world complete. And about the dinosaurs well they came into this world after the fishes some sort of i guess.

There are actually two contrdictory creation stories
First Account (Genesis 1:1-2:3)
Second Account (Genesis 2:4-25)

Genesis 1:25-27
(Humans were created after the other animals.)

And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God said, Let us make man in our image.... So God created man in his own image.

Genesis 2:18-19
(Humans were created before the other animals.)

And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.

Genesis 1:27
(The first man and woman were created simultaneously.)

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Genesis 2:18-22
(The man was created first, then the animals, then the woman from the man's rib.)

And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them.... And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

Actually, there are at least three different, and contradictory, creation myths in genesis. Whether man was created before or after the other animals depends which particular myth - they run one after the other, as you would expect from a confabulation of several different bronze-age sources, you chose to accept and which other bit of god's holy and inerrant word you choose to ignore!

The Bible do not say that God created the man first, in fact the man was the last thing GOD created.
Read any version you want, no one said God created man first.

It also says he created the creatures that lived on earth as well as in the water and under the waters. I imagine they would go somewhere along the line.
