Hey!! There is no such thing called "no time" even if you're preparing for your board exams.

Health is wealth, when we realize it, we realize that we sure do have 10 minutes to spend(on YOU) in a day which has 1440 minutes!

1. WEIGH/ANALYZE, first of all weigh your self and find out your body mass index, if it is high you'll understand the need for reduction.

2. COUNT, keep a mental count of what you eat throughout the day. Usually, we tend to consume off the meals (involuntarily at times). This just works great, you'll tend to realize the cause of those EXTRA pounds
You don't have to DIET, just eat healthy.

3. WORKOUT, you don't have to enroll yourself in a gym and carry weights, get yourself a Reebok gym shoes :) Make sure you excersice DAILY for 10 minutes (areobics/treadmill/walking(FA... This will help you reduce the excess fat stored subcutaneously.
* As you don't find time, you can choose a flight of tairs to the lift.
Dance when you cook/ do your chores- aerobics :)
Do breathing exersices while travelling in a bus...... Name it!!

4. CHERISH EATING, Eat appropriate food with lots of fibre(this will help you reduce your crave for food), lots n lots of water(cleanses your system)

It is important to keep ourselves healthy(not necessarily skinny), as today we find innumerable cases of Obesity, Diabetes, HyperTension reported, it's important to eat, yet stay fit.

All the best :)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!
