In 2 months, 8 weeks, you should not lose more than 16lbs. It is unhealthy to lose more than 1-2lbs per week. Even 16lbs in two months is pushing it...

The normal weight to increase/decrease your weight is 1-3pounds everyweek. If you think about it thats 4-12 pounds a month.
